En la visita, que duró cerca de una hora por el proyecto, el Gobernador destacó el fomento al uso de la bicicleta en la ciudad y la Estación de Bicicletas que tendrá el proyecto, la reutilización de las aguas grises para regar los jardines, las plazas y el programa Basura Cero.
